Passion & Purpose

As a devoted mother, lifelong student, and passionate yoga teacher based in Bude, Cornwall, I bring a deep sense of balance and authenticity to my practice. My journey into yoga began with a focus on physical health but evolved into a profound tool for mental and emotional well-being. I believe in empowering my students to connect with themselves on every level, offering a practice that is both nurturing and challenging.

Rooted in my love for nature—whether I'm tending to my garden, enjoying the beauty of Cornwall, or diving into the ocean—I find inspiration in the natural world and incorporate that sense of flow and grounding into my classes. Always learning and growing, both as a teacher and a student, I’m here to guide you on your own unique path to balance, resilience, and self-compassion. I have been to various yoga classes over the years but for me, Beth’s classes really stand out, I find even just listening to her voice so relaxing. Sometimes going to an exercise class can feel like a chore but practicing with Beth is always a pleasure.
